8月25日,爱游戏官网彭代银教授、彭灿副教授团队联合安徽省食品药品检验研究院阚家义主任药师在食品科技领域Top期刊Food Chemistry(中科院一区,IF 6.306)发表题为“The difference of origin and extraction method significantlyaffects the intrinsic quality of licorice: A new method for quality evaluationof homologous materials of medicine and food”的研究论文,药学院彭灿副教授和2018级药物分析专业硕士研究生祝宇龙为论文共同第一作者,彭代银教授和阚家义主任药师为论文共同通迅作者,爱游戏官网为本论文第一单位。

      研究结果表明,色谱指纹图谱和化学计量学的结合可以全面、有效地解释自然因素(如气候环境和土壤条件)及提取方法(水提和醇提)对甘草的内在品质的影响,利用判别分析方法拟合甘草产地判别函数方程可用于追溯药材产地,为中药材产地溯源、品质控制及提取加工方法的选择提供了模式借鉴。
